I had edited the '99 part out on mobile and it gave me an error trying to post, I guess once I refreshed the page it kept the ('99) part but yes the 1999 pair was not Durabuck, just the 1989 pair. I'd prefer it like the '89.

Kind of surprised this hasn’t been addressed but are we finally getting a durabuck type upper (‘89/‘99) or is it gonna be leather again?

I actually like that sample. I think it could be just as good as the 1 with the right color ways. I'm in for them if those are it. Feels like a JT or Bron type of situation "Nah these ain't it" only for them to be it later on lol

2/2 so far in my book. KAI 1 and the KAI 1 Speed are both great models, need the triple black in both. At first I was a disappointed that Nike had dropped Kyrie but now I'm loving the result.

Is that the other sneaker Kyrie was rocking that we thought were Prototypes for him? If so count me in on the Dred 1s, all black.
