The COTM pairs are definitely better and different than the 2019 snakes. If you're saying the 2024 is the same as COTM, sounds like I'mma need to get a pair and verify myself (though tbh they don't look it from any images i've seen so far)

right, not necessarily same production dates but if they're materially the same shoe that'd be disappointing. Was hoping they'd use the COTM specs

Dunno if y'all remember these differently from me. i have 2 pairs of these (1 is in current rotation) and I think the quality is terrible. I was really salty about the ivory snake retros. Those are a my favorite c/w hands down.

I don't understand why this line of thinking is still prevalent. I think it's great if you both feel like the design is ho-hum and want to sit this one out. I'm in the same camp. But why act like it's unthinkable/invalid that someone would want a basic c/w on the basis of exclusivity...

I personally dislike the leather on the sculpts. I believe it's the same used on the Crafts and many of the Jordan 1s from around the same time. It's unnaturally soft and wrinkly when you press it and the pebbling is really homogenous so it comes off really fake to me. (i'm not saying the other...
