5. Personal Icons can only consist of the following formats: Gif, Bmp, Jpeg, Png. Appropriate personal photos are allowed, however there is a size limit to how large that picture can be. Pictures that are larger than 150,000 Bytes in size are no longer allowed. A member with an unusually large picture can slow down the board for other members with slower connections. If your personal photo is in violation of this rule, ALL posts which contain the offending photo will be subject to deletion or editing. If you have been notified that your personal photo is improper, you must replace it in a timely manner. Continued or prolonged failure to conform to personal photo guidelines will result in banishment.

Step-by Step Process on How to Post Pictures on NikeTalk or any other EzBoard.

First you MUST upload the picture to an image hosting site such as TinyPic, Image Shack, or PictureTrail.
**YOU CANNOT POST IMAGES FROM YOUR HOME COMPUTER!!!! IT WILL NOT WORK!!!!**

Remember the image must be in .jpg format or .gif format

Post on legit checks will be edited, locked or most likely deleted if they are linked to an eBay auction or a variant site.

Post the picture or pictures of the auction and not the auction itself. If they are linked to a variant site, upload them to a neutral server. If they are tagged with the variant site's web address, then make sure to edit it out.

Remember, NikeTalk does not condone in the promotion of fake or variant shoes.

The Department of Justice defines Internet Fraud as:

"Any instance in which any one or more components of the Internet, such as the Web sites, the chat rooms, e-mail ... play a significant role in offering nonexistent goods or services to customers, in communicating false or fraudulent representations about schemes to consumers, in transmitting victims' funds or any other items of value to the control of the schemes' perpetrator."

Being defrauded should be easy enough to avoid, but as we've seen it still happens to many of us. "Use common sense" is obviously the best way to avoid being defrauded, but what exactly is common sense when it comes to buying shoes from another member of NikeTalk or an on-line retailer?
