Multiple reasons. 1.) People still hold on to this no snitching crap. 2.) Guns are practically being handed out over there. 3.) Killing someone is a quick and easy way to gain acceptance in a gang.

Since then ive always told myself if one of my fiends needs a place to stay id be there for them but this thread makes skeptical.
