It''s a done deal!  I'm 100% convinced these legit.  Not sure if this is an issue or not, but the box sticker didn't have the price portion, but it was also missing a perforated edge (as if there never was a price part of the sticker)... also, there were no size stickers on the insole of either...

Looks like I'm gonna pull the trigger on these at $400. :/ Any tips or things to look for when I see them in person?  Aside from the PL, I have no clue what the material should feel like.
