Thanks for the advice everyone! The interview is Tuesday morning so I didn't want to worry about going out shopping for something in a rush. Ill just stick it out with this for right now, if anything I might just pick up another tie.
So I have a pretty short notice job interview coming up with a big defense contractor as an entry level engineer. Am I breaking too many rules by wearing black to an interview with brown AE's? Got a potato pic of what I was planning to wear.
Black Banana Republic suit with blue windowpane...
Ha yeah I remember seeing it last winter and wanting it but I picked up some v neck sweaters instead. I'll wait until the 40% sale, they usually do it for men around November/December right?
Saw this Rag and Bone shawl sweater at Nordstroms the other day. Loved the look of it and the feel. The price tag, however, I didnt like too much, $290. Tempted to go back and pick it up but I figured I'd ask here if anyone knows any cheaper or nicer alternatives for the price...
Pair of Daltons came in that I ordered from the Shoebank. Im happy with them but damn they are really noisy when walking or even moving my feet. Anyone else experience this? Im guessing its just the unworn leather that is stiff and it should quiet down once they're worn a bit?
Thoughts on this cardigan/blazer jacket? Anyone see it in person? I've never heard of boiled wool before.

Hey wj4, I've been wanting to pick up some leather bracelets and other accessories and I remembered a while back you mentioned finding some nice ones for cheap around LA. I like some of the ones jcrew has but they seem way too pricy for some simple strips of leather. Any help to where I could...
Thoughts on this blazer? Always wanted a double breasted but it seems to look a little wide? It's from banana republic and was 150 on sale plus an extra 25%
I used kiwi mink oil on my beeswax desert boots and they got slightly darker.
I also noticed they collect dust easier now and they have small silver specks on them that I dislike
I wanted to get those same Daltons but decided to hold off and save up for them. Ended up getting these from Banana Republic. If you plan to wear them a lot I don't think they'd hold up well but for casual use I really like them. If you can get them on sale Id go for them. Girl working there...
Do they have a good moisturizer? My face gets pretty dry and flaky at times. I currently just use jojoba oil and it works fine, doesn't cause breakouts, but I hate the oily look it leaves on my face.
