You are NOT at fault. Im a claim rep for a large insurer and am in Cali. There are several ways the car in front of you can have their damages covered; none of which involve any fault being placed on you. Contact your insurance company and they should be able to assist you with everything!

Awesome thread! I'm in my 5th year coaching high school basketball in California and am currently co-coaching our varsity team. My father in law is a D1head coach so ive been blessed with a great source of information close to home. The new rules proposed by the NCAA are really going to hurt...

In my fifth year coaching high school basketball. To be really good it's a huge time committment but at the junior high level the workload is much lighter.It's extremely rewarding and I strongly encourage you to do it if you love the game!
