what is the easiest way to fix[or avoid] color banding without degradation to the photo? Aperture 3 is what I use to edit images. 

This question is for people that use NIKONS or edit with Aperture 3. What are the swirls on the wall? I find that it gets worse when I use 'devignette' setting while editing. Is this a camera issue or an editing issue. It is a bother and I don't know how to fix it. Would anyone like to fill me...
