I asked around and I've gotten responses that they're UA and that they're legit. I looked at a couple guides and I think they're good. The main thing is that the swoosh looks good, color doesn't look too light, and the overall shape look good.

Do we have a definitive list of what to check for on frags to make sure they're legit? I only know of a few flaws with reps namely that the wings aren't as deeply embossed and sometimes the shape of the toebox isn't correct. 

I completely forgot that End was supposed to do a release. Your post prompted me to get in contact about the release and this is what I got. Looks like they're still going to do a release (or at least planning on it)!
