i got size 8 in ultra boost and they fit tts should i get same size in energy boost esm?

In adidas sizes 7US = 6.5 UK while in nike 7.5 = 6.5 UK. So all my nike sneakers in size 7.5US fit tts, while adidas (zx flux, stan smiths) sneakers in 7.5 US fit half size bigger. Now can't decide which size to pick in Ultras Boost's.

Is there any spray or something to keep white UB's away from dirt quick?

Anyone black/purple UB's sz7 with discount? Thanks in advance!
