Jordan IV Retro "White/Cement" (2012 Release) Reviews

One of The All-Time Greatest Model/Colorway Combos, TERRIBLE Execution

Pros: Classic Model/Colorway, Comfortable Fit, Crease-Resistant Toe-Box

Cons: Poor Quality Materials, Creases Quickly on Side of Toe-Box

If there was any shoe I was excited about releasing, it was the Jordan IV "White/Cement", which released February 18th, 2012. Just having gotten back into the sneaker game a few months prior, I was not adequately prepared for the release and ended up striking out. I ended up paying a reseller to get my hands on a pair, which is always a semi-painful process, but it was worth it. At least initially. When I started checking out the shoe, I noticed the plastic-like leather Jordan Brand chose to use for this release, and my joy turned to sadness fairly quickly. After several months of releases and copping stuff from the last few years, this poor quality became even more pronounced,...

Pros: These sneaker are cant all year round and it it very hard to find an outfit that you can wear them with.

Cons: Very hard to put down, which causes wear and tear, and purchase of a new pair

My favorite pair of sneakers of all time.

Best Jordan Ever IMO

Pros: Can be worn with everything, comfortable, nice looking shoes

Cons: White so easy stains, creases with age

If I should keep one pair of Jordans from my collection, that'd be the one. This pair is timeless, it will pretty much be wearable with everything, it is very comfortable and you can't go wrong with white shoes.

Solid Retro

Pros: Crease resistant, OG style box

Cons: Stiff leather makes uncomfortable for long wears, quick yellowing net, synthetic leather

Solid reretro for the White Cement IV colorway. The tech grey is closer to the OG IV's with a darker hint of grey. however I still would've perfected the lighter grey as used on the '99 retro, and '12 sample pair. Solid shoe for those who want them you'll not be disappointed.

Pros: looks nice, Amazing color way,

Cons: Fits down right tight

All around nice shoe has some things about the quality but its still a classic color way and the hang tags a nice added thing but its tight and fits funny but when you break them in their nice the just wear around but not like beaters

Great everyday shoe . very comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable

Cons: Leather quality is alittle low. Black splatter paint smothers off when cleaning.

One of my favorite Jordans. I usually wear my sneakers loose and this shoe is perfect for that.  One problem I have is when the shoe creases the leather just kindof seems to crumble and it is really hard to get rid of. Also the black splatter paint smudges off when cleaning.

Versatile shoe

Pros: Nice color that goes with almost everything.

Cons: Creasing. Hard to keep white.

This is one of the best color ways but the way the shoe was launched did it no justice.
