Whats up NT, I know the drill around here so I'll get to the important stuff first:
Now on to me...In July I left my full time day job (what I went to college for blah blah blah) to pursue my dream of one day opening my own food establishment. I am now cooking full time and my boss and I have been entered in a competition amongst local restaurants and chefs to compete in an Iron Chef like food battle at the South Carolina State Fair this year.
