I tried iMessage from my iPad to my iPod and it's pretty smooth. I haven't found no use for wifi sync yet since it takes so long to upload songs through wifi. Safari on the iPad is better with tabs and looks cleaner. It might just be me but the keyboard seems different. Still will jailbreak once an untethered one is released. YES you will carry over your Grandfathered UNLIMITED DATA PLAN - I went by an AT&T store after work today and they confirmed you will keep the exact same plan including DATA. My coworker also upgraded w/ this unlimited data when the iphone 4 came out and his carried over. The wifi takes a while to sync. I like the swipe down. Haven't upgraded my iPad yet. Probably going to be up all night with this thing.
