And now Spencer's dumb $%@ is in here...You from Texas son, spending a semester abroad in the Heights don't make you a NY'er stop acting like you know what you are talking about.

We get it that you dudes are still stuck on that lyrical street rap circa 2004 $##$, but nobody else is really checking for that anymore. You think Wiz and Big Sean made it off being lyrical geniuses? No....they blew up from white college frat kids bumping their music, doing shows at frat houses and $##$. You know who hears them listening to that? Hot college girls with alot of friends. They all post the $##$ on their Facebook/Twitter for all of their 3000 friends to see. That's how popularity is built in this day and age, not "what's hot in the streets"....more like what's hot on campus. Is Wiz supposed to sound like however a Pittsburgh rapper is supposed to sound? Does Big Sean sound like a typical Chicago artist? Does everyone in Odd Future sound like West Coast rappers? Does Currensy sound like he's from Louisana? Does J. Cole sound like he's more from North Carolina or New York? All of these dudes rep their city in their songs but none of them actually "sound" like they're from the area they're from. Wale and Meek Mill, two up-north artists, couldn't do a damn thing outside of their areas until they signed with Rick Ross (no I do not care that Wale's label got Lady GaGa to get on a track with him). All these dudes are %!%%**$ with eachother no matter where they're from. You stubborn @%+ New York dudes need to do the same thing. Leave the area codes at home.

It's different and some of you might not relate but when you grow up on Big, Jay, LL, Wu and Nas, you look at cats differently from the average rap fan. You talking about NYC radio. Angie, Enuff, Slay and Flex still play NYC cats. And then you can't forget about Clue. Hell Clue set the standard for breaking NYC artists with the mix tape which he revolutionized. That cats from other parts of the country was buying. That are now basically available for all since they're online. NYC is all politics and favors, but I'll be damned if an outsider tells me NYC radio doesn't play NYC artists but for an hour. y'all be the first ones listening to Flex and fiendin for radio rips on Nahright and Rap Radar then talking about how Flex jocks Jayz
