And if I'm not mistaken, for the charge to stick, it is necessary for the undercovers to make it clear that their product is indeed stolen... So, what's the point of telling dudes that you stole what you're trying to sell them? Wouldn't that raise a few red flags, especially when NYPD is kinda known for this shady-type stuff? Maybe I'm just over-thinking it
