Nike has the qs releases on sale now for 87.97, and combine that with some coupon codes and you can get some crazy deals. I recommend everyone who wanted this sneaker to actually get it, the materials arent THAT bad on these, you guys have to understand that times have changed from 22 years ago. Everything is commercial and the company strives to make a profit from every little thing. Be happy with what you get, if you want quality, get the originals and TRY to attempt a sole swap. Otherwise, stop bitching already. They obviously arent going to change all of their materials just because you dont like them.

Had these been the first release phase in April '11 like the black.reds were, a bit of a frenzy could have started. Instead a lot was left up in the air and for a fringe genre like this, that is just not what you want to do. I had a lot more to say here but I think I've ranted enough in this thread. Sounds to me like your in the wrong thread, because no one has complained about the quality on these, unless you just wanted to complain about SOMETHING then by all means rant on. its funny, i bought the infrared qs when they firts dropped and the leather was soooo much better than the general releases. last week i bought the infrareds of nike.com with the 25% off code and when they arrived the leather was no where as soft as the leather on my infrareds i bought when the qs firts dropped........they felt just like my white gray general release.....something tells me that theye were supposed to be limited qs and when nike saw how crazy everyone was going for them,,i pumped out some more of them using the crappy leather. just my crazy opinion
