TeamRL Polo no, I didnt start it...Im just part of a team that kept it rocking for the last decade!!... POLO 4 LIFE!!!

Does anyone have one or have any experience with one? Again I'm only going to be riding the bike in the city and NEVER over the speed limit, so I think this will be a good choice for me.
