Avengers vs X-Men.............( I Think YES!)

And in fact, he WAS in position to win the Civil War. when Spiderman realized that Cap studied and analyzed his entire fight style, he knew it was over for him, and he switched sides lol People also sleep on Stark... And before we start Cyclops talk, the often called “the best strategist of the Marvel Universe.” I just have to say this.. All that guy can plan out is getting his friends killed in grizzly ways. Sure, they always come back, but that’s small consolation to a career of lackluster leadership. So what if he's better strategically than any X-Man? If this was a fight to the death what would it take to send out Hope or Legion and have them end it? and that's an extreme case compared to the other powerhouses that are overkill against most of the Avengers by themselves. The whole showcasing strategy comes down to writers. It's not done a lot in the Avengers comic but Cap does it in his own series and Secret Avengers a bit but it's honestly not on the scale of what kind of strategist Cyclops has displayed to be since Decimation. It's only gotten increasingly more apart of his character. Plus Cap has been a bit of a disappointment at the end of the Civil War. I know Cap has more examples in his own series but I don't see him as the best strategist in the Marvel U. Give me Nick Fury any day. Although I agree about the criticism on him as a leader, the X-men deal with threats always focused on genocide who directly target them all the time. The Cap led Avengers have just a bit more focus on fictional threats and the simple broad themes of good vs. evil where they're looking to stop Kang, Hydra, Hammer, etc. from doing something where more times than not as of late the X-Men have been about survival. Iron Fist also will not be in control of the Phoenix force for avengers vs X-men. The whole story line is that the phoenix force is headed towards earth and is going to take control of Hope. So the Avengers want to take Hope in to stop phoenix from destroying the planet and of coarse the X-men ain't having it and thats why this fight goes down.
