The plan is to cut costs. If the front office wanted talent they would not be giving away picks or trading players like sasha for Joe Smith. They have that TPE that they have no plans of using. They could have gotten a decent player with it. At least someone better than this Morris dude. The problem is that the front office thinks this team can compete and they don't want to spend anymore. I will be shocked if any moves are made this season. TeamLakers
