Lowry is a pipe dream, Devin Harris would be nice but he's not going to be given up for TPE. It's not that I think the front office is being cheap, I just think they are put in a corner where they can't do much. They did try to get CP3 you can't fault them for Stern's actions. Don't get me wrong though I still think the front office is somewhat at fault, I just rather think of what they can do then just blame them outright.
