Always back up your iPhone before the jailbreak. Jailbreak voids the warranty (I believe), however, you can always update your phone to get rid of the jailbreak through iTunes. No biggie. Honestly, I would wait a few days to see the problems that people have with the jailbreaking. So the developers can make a better build for the jailbreak.

This division then keeps logs of this data and their owners. What Apple plans to do with this information and whether it has legal ramifications for the user has yet to be disclosed.
