Registered Member Posts: 84 06/23/11 11:15 PM	I used to on regulation height and I'm 5'-10" (when I weighed 163 and that was several years ago) now I'm 170. But I can't anymore when last spring (April 2010) when I tore my achilles on my right leg and had surgery and I'm getting older. But I can still touch the rim. My dunking days are over.

I've been hitting the gym hard over the past 3-4 months and I'm back to where I need to be in terms of jumping. For some reason, I have a hard time dunking it on the run...but if someone throws me an alley, I can catch it and dunk it. I'm more of a power jumper and don't jump off one leg as well as two.
