Had those and tried them on about a year ago after they had been sitting for years: rubber heel piece snapped on one shoe so they went in the trash :(
I actually like the newer suede ones more TBH.
Yes, this.
RRS featured the medial side of the B+W racers making them appear to be a predominantly white shoe when it was just a mistake on their part.
Interesting...yeah there's definitely some slight variation between racer colorways in the same size. Nothing major just noticeable if you've been wearing one pair a ton and then switch to a new one.
Anyone notice more heel slippage on the 1st gen racers (volts, etc) vs. the second and subsequent gens (blk/grey, blk/red, etc.)? Did they make the ankle collar taller overall after the first gen in order to address this?
These should be what you're looking for:

Looks like the smallest they have is a 7.5 though...
I've run in the racers and I like them a lot. There's not a lot of lateral support and I wouldn't do any trail running, but for normal street runs they're great and they feel really fast.
I thought the same but when I spoke to a RRS employee last week he insisted that the wht/blk racers they're selling are white on the outside, black on the inside. If he's correct, that would be the opposite of what NDC is selling. He said some of his fellow employees have them, and they're white...
I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but my gray/blk racers have developed a small hole (that will no doubt get bigger) on the toe of the left shoe after just 2 months of normal wear (a few runs, mainly just walking). I'm going to send them back for a full refund but am kind of...
So are the black and white racers from NDC the same as the ones on Road Runner Sports? Is Road Runner showing the inside panel of the shoe in their pic?
