I have a BHM 3s condition 9.5/10 and someone wanted to trade that with Air Force Max "Area 72" condition about 8 to 8.5/10. Is the a fair trade?  Really need suggestions.

So this is the story, I copped a 9.5/10 BHM 3s and some offered me Air Force Max Area 72 condition about 8-8.5/10. They are both size 11. Aren't the BHM 3's kinda limited? Is this trade fair? What should I do to make it fair? Please leave your opinion and give a any suggestions. Thanks.
