Those are actually 17.5, but LVR rounds down on sizing. Like the 16CMs they have posted are actually 16.5. They do that so you think the jeans are slimmer than they are. It's dumb as hell. I actually had that pair sent to me and they fit like my 18CM ones from last season.

No need to assume, I know I'm correct lol. Decarnin used 18CM and 16CM. I have pairs from 2010 and up. He always used zippers on 18CM because he felt they were loose enough to accommodate zippers on back without feeling uncomfortable. He never used zippers on 16CM because of how tight they were...
