Leather doesn't look right. It's supposed to be a little bit smokey looking. Also, the mesh on the side looks  a little too dark. Wait for more opinions. How much did you buy them for?

I think they look good, I would say they're 100% legit. My Jordan 5's came with the exact same things you're did. Lacing looks on point. As mentioned earlier, wait for more opinions just to be sure.
