Is using a PayPal invoice rather than paying directly from the website safe too? I have a seller who is doing the same to me. Just wanted to know if it was just to make the purchase easier, to dodge the 8% fee...etc.

I was going to use Kixiy to ordercted the user via text mesages. He said he would charge me on PayPal using an invoic there rather than having me pay through the website to dodge th8% they would have to pay. Should I make this purchase? Can I get insight on this please?
