Yes, but they must be on your list in order to use it. As far as swoosh goes, you can go on your account and invite them to create one, again as long as they are on your list.

employees and people on their list have to wait 48 hours after launch in krder to use discount in store. however, you can use it online on launch day.

They recently changed the discounts on swoosh. I believe most if not all IDs are discounted as well as all releases now are discounted.

True but those blind shipments would show up on the inbounds still and to my knowledge there were no blind shipments.

I dont think its fair for you to say that for the whole company. Could be a problem in a specific store, but that doesnt mean its the whole company.

You get a few hours of training but a lot of knowledge is gained by being on the floor surrounded by product and by being listening to other employees talk about product to consumers as well as them helping you learn it. For shoes it is simple. Theres a few key technologies you need to know that...

I promise it really is not that hard hahaha its pretty simple once you start 

Learning everything about shoes, clothing, etc. You learn about it all so you can break down every aspect of a shoe. It sounds hard but if you listen in training and practice it a few times it becomes second nature.

New hire process is just paperwork and training so you can learn all the technologies. If you pay attention it isnt hard.
