I'm not sure if there are shoes made specifically to support that type of injury. You're better off just resting until you're fully healed, but if you actually do plan on playing, you should get a brace for it or wrap it up.
I don't own the LunarEndor, but I do own a pair of the ZF1 X BOA and the Kaiju. Both are very high quality boots and they feel much better than the entry level Burton boots I had previously.
