^ rele? i'd say they run true. if anything i'd say go up half a size. the "strap" part that runs over the bottom part of the laces gives them a tight fit. i wouldn't go smaller i wear a sz 10 in everything and my 6s are all sz 10. all 24 of them =] hahaha
