Does anyone know which stores will be getting the white-red XIV? I haven't heard of any and these will be pretty limited. I'm not sure even Playmakers will be getting these so I may have to go to Niketown Chicago to guarantee my pair.

You're probably right. Somewhere in the Milwaukee area will have them. But we won't know until a day or two before the release date and there's no guarantee you'll be able to get your size because another person might be in the line ahead of you. I might take my chances at Niketown or HOH on State St because they will have more pairs. It really isn't that bad of a drive (1:35 or so non rush hour).
