i don't think so.. I think they updated both apps after 2.0 came out.. Might have to upgrade to 2.1 and then jailbreak.

if you're running 1.1.4 you should be able to jailbreak w/ ziphone and get installer 3. installer 3 was straight crack on my OG iphone

Maybe someone can help me in this. I have a jailbroke iPhone 3G and I have customize, and I edit my system strings. Now I want to change the color of my system strings. For example: instead of saying, "Slide to unlock", I changes mine to say, "The Blueprint". The words shimmer in white, from left to right, what I want to do is change the color of the shimmer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

in the system strings you should be able to change the color.. stillmaticshay would be good person to ask..

the tutorial for making your own icons is posted.. under misc.

what do you download so you could change the "slide to unlock" words?? From cydia or installer

im about to do this to my 2g iphone that has 2.1 do i need to downgrade or just follow this link?

If you mess up, you can always restore and start the step all over again. These tutorial are easy as hell, there is no room for error son.

please tell me why i downloaded "customize" from cydia and then when it was done downloading i tapped on the app and then it comes up for about 4 sec and you cant do anything else and it just goes back to my home screen where i can see all of my apps. HELP!! this is really pissing my off
