The College Basketball Post

If you're not cleared by the NCAA you can still practice with the team and all that? I saw Bazz yesterday on campus getting some Taco Bell and it looked like he just got done with some practice.

Harrow couldnt handle the pressure and criticism from state fans. After one bad game and uk fans blowing his twitter up he'll be done.

Harrow leaving early? Leaving what early? Class? Practice? Weightlifting?

Dude is like 11 pounds, relax on leaving early.

Lmaooo @ the butthurt from the UMD fans.

While I fully expected the Twins to go to UK for some reason this is just rubbing me wrong... and I didn't even have a horse in this race :smh:

Only negative thing ppl could say over Cal was that he never got a ring. Now that he has it, there's nothing you can do about it. Just stit back and take it, because he can't be stopped. He has the greatest pitch in the country right now.

I feel bad for my Baltimore family, with Gary Williams non recruiting, this is the first time they go big and they lose. :smh:

Lesson learned, if you are trying to come up, don't go at Cal first because the king stay the king.

"After April, Calipari isn't merely offering the NBA and the chance to meet Jay-Z, as if that wasn't already enough. Now he has the national title. Now he has proven his hyper-accelerated one-and-done blueprint can work. Now he's shown that the best players in the country really can have it all: immediate success; national title shots; the adoration of the nation's most insane fan base; and, after all that, the end result of NBA riches. At UK, Calipari says, there is no need to trade any of it off. And he's right. "

It's scary to think that in a way...he's only getting started. Only hope for the game is he gets that NBA itch again cause if not, its going to be a long *** decade :smh:

If I'm Cal, I'm not getting that NBA itch at all. He's got it made at Kentucky. Best fan base in the nation and he gets pretty much his pick of the top 50 players in the nation...no need to go mess with the NBA and have to deal with GMs and free agency and all that other stuff.

Look I don't think he's going to leave anytime soon either...but if he was given a chance to coach a Rose/Davis/Cousins/Bron/Wiggins in the league in a couple years, I certainly doubt he wouldn't give it serious consideration at least. But your right, Lexington is a fantasyland and he's king, hard to leave that.

Anyone else come across new jerseys for the year?

the thing with Cal is there really is no end in sight. He's going to get Mudiay for '14 (he's already told Tyus Jones- Mudiay is his PG) to go with the likes of Dakari Johnson, Trey Lyles and/or others, Karl Towns is already lock in '15, etc, etc.

He will get Wiggins, too. That's done. He was supposedly watching him workout yesterday while the Harrison's announced. :smh:.

I'll just drop this in here. One of the best PGs in the country, that no one talks about because he's on the West Coast

Some Jamal Franklin too. As mentioned San Diego St and MWC going to be fun to watch this year.

Led the Drew League in scoring .

nowhere yet, but I'd imagine they pop up for sale in the next few weeks with whoever else is getting new stuff. (The images were from FansEdge.)
