Y'all remember when Mikey was the #1 player in the nation?

That ACL injury set him back. Saw some new tape and was impressed. Still trying to get his legs under him. Always heard he was a high major QB, but the ranking services don't rank him.

His brother that plays football for Ohio Star is an ATH-A-LETE.

Correct. Mike transferred after not playing last year...I think to Texas Tech.

The knee injury was unfortunate for Mickey. Everything i've read from the summer circuit says he wasn't very impressive.
 
So there's a good chance Bruce Pearl lands both Purifoy and Horace Spencer? If you don't mind his past (Auburn certainly shouldn't) that was an A+ hire.

Sounds like their fathers health is poor and that's why his brother moved to Texas Tech, most likely he goes to SMU now.
Now OSU will press hard for Esa Ahmad, which sucks as a terps fan, cause he's their top target. Carlton Bragg is also OSU first choice to take that scholarship but Esa would be the easier get.

He's a polarizing prospect. I never see any "in-between" opinions on him. Most people think he'll be really good....and others think he won't be ****.

Personally, I see the potential as a PF if he gets stronger.

On another note...these kids shot the ball HORRIBLY in the Elite 24. Everybody got 40 inch verticals but can't shoot for ****.
