The College Basketball Post

The way people are talking, I'm starting to think picking WVU to beat Buffalo is the actual upset. Even Obama went with UB. Here's my input:

They really are the perfect recipe to be the team that America falls in love with. Starting off with their coach, obviously. Then from a talent standpoint, they have athletes everywhere. Bearden and Evans should be able to handle WVU's pressure. The key will be if Justin Moss is his normal explosive self (ankle inury). The dude dunked on Willie Cauley Stein's head back in November (Buffalo was up by 5 at half). I have them going to the sweet 16. WVU and Maryland are the type of non-powerhouse teams that get upset in the tourney.

The way I'm talking, you would think i was a UB fan. It's the opposite. I'm a St. Bonaventure fan who are considered to be a "rival".

Pete Gillen is one of he best on the mic. I can't believe all the clowns they have on ESPN, but Pete is stuck with Rothstein

I was at WVU when we won the big east and beat Kentucky to go to the final four. Class was cancelled for like a week straight lol

And if you wanna take UB over WVU go ahead ruin your bracket early lol. WVU didnt lose to a team not in the the top 15 all season except for LSU just to give you a little insight. the 12 over the 5 is a sexy pick but its not gonna happen to my boys

They arguing about 09-10 UK vs this years team.

Wall and them would wash this team. Weakest year in College Bball in a long time.

Eastern Washington's head coach was on the Jim Rome show earlier and guaranteed victory "we're going to win, talk again Jim."

Is Temple Gibbs better than Ashton and Sterling? Haven't seen him play.

I've only seen Temple twice and I saw Ashton a few times in high school . Temple handles the ball better and attacks the basket better, but I'd take Ashton in a jump shooting contest. I didn't see Sterling in high school at all .

Took off work to take my son to an dentist's appointment. I'm thinking by the time we finish that then stop for lunch, I'll be home in time to watch 8+ hours of basketball. Should've taken Friday off too. Did a few different brackets; had UNC, Providence and Sparty making unexpected runs. Don't think the 12/5 upset will happen this year.

Yeah I don't see a 5 vs 12 upset either this year unless SFA dictates the tempo vs Utah.

Buffalo is the sexy pick but I think it was mentioned earlier that WVU hasn't lost to a team not in the the top 15 all season except for LSU.

Not sold on Wofford or Wyoming either.

Watch my brackets burst tomorrow

I think Boise State beats Dayton tonight, but it's almost impossible to factor in what the game being in Dayton could mean.

Might be too late but anyone want to do a player pool? Would probably have to be small...

10 teams of 5 players? Would have to do it late tonight.

Smart on being back in Oklahoma: "I went up to Stillwater to see some of the (OSU) guys before they left for the tournament."

Watching the game right now and this just isn't fair, home crowd already playing it's part. 21 straight wins at home too :smh:

Committee should've done a better job avoiding this.

Can't believe somebody in here was talking nba for this kid marks from Boise St. kid is about to single handley lose the game for the Broncos. Straight stinking it up. The tourney bust pipes.
