The College Basketball Post

Isn't he almost 19 ? How long did he want to be in high school ?

Not sure on his age but him and his family were vocal during the recruiting process of how much DT wanted to experience the AA game and awards but ultimately he made the decision.

Cake, DT was always K's preference, Dennis just didn't want to play the 2 in spurts

Also, nothing is confirmed but it's headed that way. If he and his family are already upset then they won't like it if Grayson returns(which is expected) and Frank beats Derryck out. Guys are gonna have to compete for every minute next year and only Jeter was used to that this season

Thornton was terrible...I was so frustrated with him Oregon game....dude tried to do way too much...

Woody any reason why people switching to duke as the prediction for bolden lately?

Adam Rowe and Slater changed their picks today to Duke as well adding to what I had read last week. It's trending Duke's way, parents won out, Harry has been on him hard. Can come off the bench and still get 20-25 mins a game. UK just has too many froncourt bigs that will get minutes.

And yes, Amile would start

Good riddance. It would have taken Thornton's senior year for me to get over his idiotic play this year.

There's nothing for him to be pissed about, he was burger buns all season. Addition by subtraction at this point.

Woody or outcast, how is Harry's rehab going? Really hope he's 100% by October and not rounding into shape come ACC play.

Sheesh, if this is how you guys feel about thronton, I can only imagine it was much worse for quinn cook and nolan smith at the end of their freshman years.

Thronton isn't THAT bad. he had his moments where he was a decent PG, and at other times he made freshman mistakes. I guess a few people expected him to come in like Tyus jones and make a major impact.

If he does transfer, he'll follow in the footsteps of suilamon and gbinije and contribute in a big way at a big time program down the line.

I mean, DT got plenty of PT and plenty of opportunities to show his wares and prove that he deserved to be a key cog

Odd to me, but whatever

Aw man Quinn Cook is still probably the most bashed Duke player I've ever seen  he redeemed himself last year though somewhat

Oh he's ready. Trust that. Ahead of schedule, from Ks mouth.

Thorton is a very talented kid, just has to get used to CBB & continue to improve
