I think he comes back. No way he is drafted this year. Only thing that concerns me is that his stock might never get any higher so he just leaves to get paid.
If he's back, Xavier will probably be better next year than this year.

What's good with capel? I hope he stays and just takes over is he really thinking of rolling out?

Nothing on that but I expect him to decline gt and Vandy.

In other news, a certain Yale pg has reached out to Duke and expressed interest in pulling a Rodney Hood

Highly doubt Capel would stay in conference if he took an HC job.

And we really going for broke next year huh? It's really national championship or bust.

If Grayson returns Duke is probably the favorites without a doubt. Add those freshman to Luke, Grayson and Amile..nice core already in place.

Honestly, Grayson might be overload. Have to worry about too many cooks in the kitchen especially cause Giles/Tatum are no. 1 and no. 2 the second they touch campus.

True true. Gonna be fun seeing them tho. A lot of shots to go around even if Grayson dips

Bruh Giles, Tatum, Luke and Allen on the floor. Pick your poison.

I wonder if K will go with small ball and have Tatum at the 4 spot or let him take the wing role.

Only 1 ball to go around.

I'd assume he'd go small.

Haven't really followed Tatum, but Giles isn' a chuck. So he'd be able to adapt me thinks. Luke is for sure a chuck though but for good reason lol

He's transferring again?

Backcourt is super jammed up, not surprised at all. Parents are idiots and let him do whatever he wants.
I mean at this point he's a grown man, Parents shouldn't be too involved in his basketball career  ...he's just not that great tho , but can provide experience n versatility in somebody's backcourt ...the terps need to look at all these major conference transfers, unless they surprisingly pick up one of the top recruits left they gon need all the help they can get next season  :smh:

And D bacon likes being/playing at FSU and his goal was always to get as high in the draft as possible so I kinda had a feeling he might come back being that he wouldn't be satisfied just being a late 1st rounder

Yeah count me as slightly skeptical of Tatum, everyone loves him, I don't yet.

I watched Tatum in the FIBA tournament, and I wasn't completely blown away, ton of physical tools but I was more impressed with Giles.

I'm weary of any prospect that is heavily reliant on mid range jumpers in high school, feels like that's a big part of Tatum's game. 3 point shot is questionable, feel in the half court is questionable. He's got a ncie psot game tho.

Giles injury problems gives Tatum the edge as a prospect, but if Giles can prove that he's back 100% then I'll take Giles over him easy.

Tatum feels a little Harrison Barnes-y to me.

There’s been some pro-Duke buzz regarding the recruitment this week, but Scout.com national recruiting analyst Evan Daniels says it’s still wide open.

“I think it’s truly a toss up,” Daniels told the Herald-Leader. “I really don’t think Marques knows where he wants to go to school right now. I think it’s changed quite a bit over the past couple of months. I think he’s looking at two schools — Duke and Kentucky — very closely. And I honestly believe it’s 50/50.

“I know a lot of people just think that I don’t want to make a guess or a prediction. But I don’t think Marques knows where he wants to go to school. And if he doesn’t know where he wants to go to school, I certainly don’t know where he wants to go to school.”
