On 2nd listen, if that's not a Neptunes beat, than the producer(s) is a damn poser LOL. I think you can also hear Pharrell yell "Ho!...Yeah!"towards the beginning of the track

If its not the Neptunes, it could be JT himself.

Dudes been producing some material after the release of FS/LS, his production on "The Nature" for Kweli was on point.

Timbo took him under his wing and showed him the ropes.

It would seem pretty logical that he would put his skills to work on his own album. But it wouldn't hurt to add Tim, Chad, and P to the mix.
 
i hope it sounds more like his first album, but he said somewhere that it's gonna be different (like what every other artist says).

In the booklet it says that "Dead And Gone (T.I.)" was produced by JT also. He's definitely takin lessons from Mosley.

Since I'm guessin your a Neptunes fan, you would know how much studio time they spent together. So since he's gettin tutelage from both ofthem, he might end up bein a great producer as well. Dude seems like he honestly has talent though, contrary to popular belief. People act like music is laidin from of him and he makes it. From the Justified sessions it seems like he collaboratrs well with producers.
