I swear, I introduced Curren$y to my neck of the woods (Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline, WA), and I still keep him in heavyrotation (got my girl chanting "full of money" as I name off each shoe box when that song bumps in the whip), but was wondering if he was ever goingto drop a debut album. His mixtapes were fire, but I've been anticipating his work on some original beats. Is he even signed to alabel, or is he just rolling with TK and FS?

I know he surfs NT, but that's beside the point. I just want to know. Curren$y, I peepyour myspace on the reg for updates. What up with your future?

Just trying to start discussion among my fellow NTers… Discuss.

He's not w/ Wayne no more...

And as Currensy fan...I dunno if he's ever gonna blow.

Too bad they couldn't/wouldn't/didn't capitalize on the success of 'Where da cash at? "

Wait, hold up a sec Dre...............Curren¢y has fans?! When did this happen?!?!

I'm sure dude has had deals on the table... but he probably wants more than labels are willing to give him because of how much work dude has put in. I meanseriously, dude was on one of the many "New No Limits" with Master P, so dude's been putting in work.

But appealing to the sneaker buying/cd burning crowd isn't exactly going to help you convince Lyor Cohen to give you $213219 million dollars and a deal.

Do I see him going anywhere? Not really. No one is going to put the money behind him because frankly, just like the Cool Kids and every other what I like tocall "sneaker rap" artist, its not worth it for the label.
