copped one of those wires to connect my older model mbp to my tv. It's the late 2008 model so it doesnt play sound from the tv. it's alright though

get you some component cables with a headphone jack and you can play audio through the T.V.

I just upgraded to a mid 2012 and love that it's just one cable now. I feel your pain bro.

pic up a 15in retina pro. the screen is amazing and the machine is just blazing....super fast. I def recommend this for all graphic designers and photographers!

GPU in the 13" MBP retina isn't nearly enough for the display.I wish Apple would switch the Intel GPU's, to something stronger.

Anyone having problems with their iTunes match? I'm getting multiple error codes; 4002, 4001 & 4010. It was fine for a couple of months, then just stopped working. I've tried numerous things in an effort to fix it, but no luck. $25 wasted.

i have a problem with itunes

when i try to add music heres what happens.

i drag and drop one album its fine
i add the second album its fine
i try the third and i get a rainbow wheel and have to force quit.

and then when i reopen itunes the first two albums are gone and i have to add em again

Anyone here own a mid-2011 Macbook Air?
I've had this Macbook for over a year.
Only thing I hate is how hot this thing gets. If I even try to watch Netflix the fans will reach up to 4000 RPM within 10 minutes, 6000+ shortly after.
I've actually had this problem since I first got it.

Same macbook, same problem. Anyone have a fix?

^^ best thing yall can do is elevation. The solid aluminum bottom prevents ventilation ports; furthermore, it retains heat. Elevation allows better air circulation, which is the best you can do.

Those laptop cooling pads provide little aid to macbooks.

My main concern is that will a late 2009 model still hold up? I'm on a 2008 that has turned to crap over the years, granted it doesn't have as good as a processor and has 1/4 the RAM. I'm just wondering if you guys think it's a decent deal.

Newest MBP is the retina displays.. i waited for the 13 in but for 300 more decided on the better "deal" and went with the 15 instead..

Anyone else have problems with IMATCH.. hate how you lose some album covers and how hard it is to replace em.. oh well still great being able to access all my music from my 16 gb phone
