This man is so under the radar, and i havent been in the music thread alot reccently but i havent really heard much hype about him on NT (correct me if imwrong) either so ill start. He has already made alot of really nice %%*$ and apparently when he was arrested he was in the process of making a new album thatis being entirely produced by Premier. He was reccently rleased from prision and this new album- Street Hop will apparently be realeased sometime soon in2008.I hate the way rap is heading now and Royce has some real flow and the Premier connection makes it

Yall should already know him and Prem have done alot of nice stuff together such as Boom which s probably one of the illest beats ive heard along with alot ofothers. Apparently Nas is trying to sign him for his new label the Jones Experience, as well as Diddy might go after him for Bad Boys. All i know is that Royce+ Nas + Prem on a track would b FIYAHHHH.

There has already been some realeased stuff but i dont know if i am allowed to release it on here cause of the rules so i wont but some stuff that i heard hasbeen

and i got one of the songs (Shake This) on my ipod already.Hopefully this album will really bring him up cause there are not too many nice young artists that still drop real raps nowadays.

Royce is nice but as far as next "BIG" Thing it's just not gonna happen. Unfortunately talent no longer means that the hiphop world will embraceyou

I doubt it, man.

I've been saying this since Boom dropped.

Maybe it's better that he stays under the radar.

Check out The Revival. It's a bunch of unreleased stuff.

Money has had chances, dude did a song with Willa Ford like 10 years ago on some pop #%!#. Dude has 0 buzz and people don't appreciate lyricism anymore.

Hiis time has come and gone.Royce has been out for YEARS.In this era of music hell never be anything besides a mixtape rapper

Fam, Royce been around for a minute. If he ain't blown up by yesterday, he ain't blowin' up tomorrow.

nickel 9 is mad nice...but if son aint blow when he had that vid with em... rock city i think,he will never blow up

Honestly I think Royce is better than a lot of mainstream rappers in the game but i also feel as if he is one of the most overrated dudes out in terms of theinternet.....he lacks in content and nothing he says really stands out....I wouldnt put him in top 10 right now

as much as i like royce he won't be as popular as he is....... dude is talented.. nuff said..

Thats what i think, but i agree no one appreciates good lyricism any more and it really is a shame. None of the @@@$ that gets played today couldfly back in the day where you actually needed to have skills, skills went just an extra and optional part of the package. But for real i dont know Royce cando some big things. If he gets signed by Nas... i mean its not like he really fell hard he was locked up for a year but now he is back and he is finished withhis Premo produced album and ive heard a few songs one song called "Shake This" is mad nice. And i think hes gotta better chance to blow up thanSaigon right now cause his beats will be off the chains cause of Prem, and he obviously got the lyrics especially in that new song "Shake This" hespits it nasty. He is no doubt talented, i think he has not fallen yet, this album could be big. One things for sure im rooting for him hard. Hip-Hop needs togo back to rappers with actual skill and most of the rappers still with skill from back in the day are too old right now like Nas and Hov. Hopefully Royce willsign with Nas and Nas can put him under his wing along with Prem on the tracks and Nas can thelp make him big as the face of "The Jones Experience"

I feel you about wanting to see good artist do good, but nas who is one of the top 5 rappers ever doesn't even have much of a buzz now so Royce signing tohim will do nothing to his career really
