Dude never left, not literally as he was in jail, but figuratively. Dude is one of the most consistent in the game, he's never fallen off and evenwhile he was locked up dope material was being put out.

I feel you though, I definitely think he's gonna continue to come with the heat.

Dudes like Royce, they don't care about blowing up, at least no in this point in their career. He's got an established fan base and he'd be moreupset with himself than we would if he ever sold out.

personally op I feel Royce is that dude lyrically...but as far as being appealing to what's selling these days he has no chance...

Bar Exam 2 was on repeat in my CD deck for at least a month and was one of the best mixtapes in 08 IMO..

I'm not really understanding your thought process. What constitutes as "blowing up" to you.

Royce isn't gonna be scene on BET or played on the radio, nor does he want to be. He's already generating a ton of buzz amongst his fans, Im trying tounderstand why and how you think he's gonna have a breakout year.

). I've been feeling royce ever since death is certain dropped, and thismight be the best year for royce in terms of notoriety. with his moves last year like:

- Pairing up with green lantern for the bar exam 2 (lantern's pretty well known)
- making a group slaughterhouse with joe budden, joel ortiz, and crooked I (some of the most well known rappers underground wise)(they've made concernts soits gettin their name out)
- making videos and whatnot

i think (and hope) royce gets his name out this year

I don't know if he'll blow or not but I'm a huge fan. Unlike most of ya'll, I've only been rocking with him since the Bar Exam but he'smy favorite rapper right now.

Him and Saigon would be a wet dream for me with a Preme/Alchemist/Blaze beat.
