SoCal Outlet Reports Please?

buddy of mine returned a pair of sz 8.5 Lebron XI south beach to Cabazon if anyone wants.

Anybody seen any kobe 8's at outlets? Looking to double up on my graffiti pair, figured the GR pairs are at outlets by now.

Question guys:

I saw some guy claiming to have picked up a $180 pair of Free Flyknit Chukkas for 69.99 at a Nike outlet. He claims he has a friend who works there. Is this possible for a current model to be marked down so much? I've never even seen new colorways at the store, so does this mean they are cheating their store system? (Marking down NDC returns below what they allow)

Entirely possible. If someone returns them to an outlet then the friend (presumably a nike employee) can cop with his swoosh discount
. So mark it down ~$20-$30 for being a return then another 40%

returned shoes to outlet are usually sold from 10-20% from the original msrp. Nike employee gets something like 40%. so for $80 he is almost right on the mark.

Depends on honesty of the store. But I don't think its against the rules for employees to buy returns. I do think that there is a 24 hour period where the show has to sit in the back before it's sold. So let's say john sees a shoe returned Monday, he'd have to come back Tuesday to get it.

Perk of being a Nike employee. All honesty I don't see anything wrong with it. I'd do the same if I work there.

But speaking as someone who knows someone at Nike, it depends on the store too. I know the Nike Santa Monica store is one of the most honest. So much so, that if you work the day of a release you're not allowed to buy the shoes. You have to come in your days off. Another weird thing is the manager would often hide shoes in his office to relear at later times. Not letting any of the employees know (prelude pack & Tiffany dunks are great examples). Dude would literally put them on the shelf himself

Much respect to that store.

Can anybody help out with a friends and family 30% off coupon here?

I'll donate two pair of elites =)

I live in Santa Barbara which is an hour north of the Camarillo outlet.

If anyone works there or frequently goes to the Camarillo Nike outlet could you let me know or Pm me? I'd appreciate little reports on weekends to help me decide whether to drive all the way down there or not.

Thanks guys

Was at the Citadel outlet out in Commerce on Tuesday. Saw a pair of elite KD V's (sz 10.5, the superhero colorway), KD VI's (sz. 8.5, Brazil colorway), LeBron XI's (sz. 8.5, the denims), and Kobe 8's (sz. 12.5, the pythons).

I ended up scooping up the LeBron's since I don't frequent the area that much - they were $200 - but that being said, I might return them to the outlet in Ontario if anyone is interested.

The Ontario Mills store had Flyknit Air Max's men's in I think 2 or 3 launch CW. One women's Flyknit Max CW. $179. Did not have the original Atomic CW though.

I need a Nike Camarillo report badly...

Live in Santa Barbara, deciding if it's worth an hour drive down to the outlets today.

If anyone by any chance goes let me know ASAP pleaseeeee
