SoCal Outlet Reports Please?

Hey guys,

I'm coming out to Chino Dec 25-29 - any places I should check for old school heat? I'm looking for Nike ball shoes between 2000-2010 and older Jordan releases and AM 95s.

Any spots I need to check? I already know about RIF LA and RSWD.

Lastly, where's a good place to hoop? So far I've been told I need to go to Venice beach.

those are probably the only places you will find those. otherwise you can check out the Nike outlets at Ontario, Cabazon, Orange, etc. and NikeTown at the Grove, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

You can also check out Footage (The Cool Shoe Shine); consignment shop with a pretty good selection and three locations.  They're out in Brea, Artesia, and Long Beach and they also have an eBay shop but they always state the prices are lower in-store.

There's also EndangeredLA (Pasadena) and Undefeated (three locations: La Brea, Silverlake, and Santa Monica).

As far as hoops, I'm sure there are a buttload of places but I spend a lot of time working and with the family so my stop is a 24 Hr. Super Sport in Northern OC because I get to exercise with a great group of people rather than sit in a crapton of traffic before going home each night.

Thanks, I'll see how far they are from Chino. I'll have a rental as well.

Any good food spots and things I must see before leaving?

Wicked! Thanks homie.

Haha nice, is traffic like Toronto where 8-9 AM and 4-6 PM is rush hour? Looking for some good cheap eats as well, feel free to recommend any.

Traffic depends on the direction that you want to head.  Being that you're going to be in the Chino area, you'll want to be careful when dealing with the 91 fwy.  Expansion construction going on and going westbound in the mornings 5:30-8 AM and eastbound in the afternoons 3-7 PM can really, really suck.  You'll have tons of food choices around here and you can find just about anything that you want.

traffic hour in LA is pretty much ALL DAY till 8pm. LOL... avoid coming back/heading east from downtown LA or Santa Monica starts from 2pm.

avoid coming up/heading north from the orange county on 5 fwy/57 fwy around 5pm.

other than that you are good. Ontario Mills is 10-15min from Chino.

Hahaha that's crazy man, in Toronto where I'm at, 6:30 PM latest the traffic caps off. Good looking out on the advice. Gonna def hit up some of those joints, and hopefully get some cheap authentic Mexican food.

Just left the mills and saw 1 gem (depending on what you like) and just some food for thought cops...

the xx9 at that price i might just have to go grab a pair.

do you know how much was the rare air 1?  been thinking about those, but even at $97 on ebay with free shipping from legit store i still couldn't pull the trigger because of those white soles.

The only price on those was the one which came with the box but I feel the same way you do...great shoe but that white is a turn off.

Just came back from Ontario Mills. Didn't pick up anything. wasn't feeling the Hare XX9 after trying them on. i notice all the xx9 had the FTL sticker. I guess FTL couldn't move them and returned those stock back to Nike. lol

They had the Air Jordan 5 hornets today, but only $10 off the original price. Smh...damn Nike

Also saw the pigalle (looks nice, but quality do suck balls) and rare air still there at retail. Even with 20% off back wall still not worth it. I did try on the rare air sz11.5. they're a little big, so i do need my true sz 11. might be looking to grab them on ebay for cheap. i like how they look after trying them on.

Oops. For some reason the second pick didnt load. I was doing it over the phone, the ones in the pic were gone the next day... THe BlackHistory Month are the same way only in Black and White. Pretty damn sweet looking... just not for 220. The sz 13s were 80 bones and I was desperately chasing down a Sz 12 but I had no luck.
