What do you do to get mentally prepared?

-----doesn't have to be music-----
I wake up sit in my chair for a minute, then I turn ESPN on. I'll eat then get on bus.
I'll then throw some ATCQ on or some N.E.R.D. to get my day off to a good start and some Home-Made Tea

and listen to "Passing Me Bye"-Pharcyde while slowly drinking it....

*currently listening to Reasonable Doubt, and some MF DOOM*

a lil kushy. After that, immentally ready for anything the day brings me
 
listening to the radio or cds in the whip when commuting to work makes me focused... and then once i get to work i throw the ipod on and get into my groove...
 
I need complete silence and very little light, a good breakfast with orange juice and Im good.
