Jail to Lyfe Jennings: "Long time no see...."

October 22, 2008. www.tmz.com just learned that R&B singer Lyfe Jennings just caught himself a major case.

Here's how TMZ is reporting it:

Smyrna, Ga. police tell us they were responding to a gunshots fired call when they spotted Jennings' Vette hightailing it away from the scene. A chase ensued and Jennings eventually crashed. He was charged with felony weapon possession by a convicted felon. and he faces charges of attempting to elude, as well as discharging a firearm near a public highway and refusing to take the sobriety test.

Lyfe -- real name Chester -- was in prison from 1992-2002 after being convicted of arson.

Damn Lyfe........

I don't feel bad for these dudes. They finally get money, get out of a bad position and they still continue to do stupid !%!$##*+. Good Riddance.
 
If he gets the TI sentencing guidlines then he should get a weekend.
Lyfe ain't no TI tho and Lyfe also has that evasion charge against him by running from the Po'.

I met homie @ an in store in VA riiiight when his career was poppin off cooL dude very cooL even though he was 4hours late he was cooL...lol...dudes be goingthru personal iish though some of the best artist are only as good cuz they need HELP!
