Anybody Remember GRANDMAMA and the Larry Johnson Sig. Converse shoe?

Wanted to see if you guys remember the UNLV legend and his signature line with Converse. Post any pics, thoughts, or memories of these kicks. I remember themas a kid, and I actually liked em.
 
I own a pair of the black retros. There sick for a jordan alternative. I would post picks but im in class right now. A couple of NT'er are selling theog's for a reasonable price too. I think 4alltoenvy has a pair for sale. Aerojams are hot but Aerojets

My OGs had a yellow window on the heel, with (i think) react juice in them... Do the Retros have different cushioning as well?
 
I thought OG had clear in the back and yellow on the bottom for the React window? Anybody remember the LJ Tar Max, an outdoor streetball shoe from the early90's? They were a light tan/black shoe with a THICK outsole.

I remember the back being different...... but can't remember exactly how.
If i can find my OGs i'll take pics....... The may have been thrown out.

I'm pretty sure the OGs had "React" in the outsole rather than Converse.

Looking at Knegby's picture, i think i can see a bit of yellow around the back.

i'm wondering if the Retros have React cushioning at all?
 
I remember a few sites that had the re-issues said that they had Converse Icon in the heel. That may or may not have been the case, but I am pretty sure theydidn't have react.
