Anyone know where to get blank new era fitteds? At my job the provided hats are whack it's your typical cheap snapback with company logo. I convinced my boss to let me buy my own and get the company logo embroidered at my own cost. Only $9 per hat with the really nice fat puffy embroidery.

Looking for your typical black, navy, grey, charcoal, and Tan. 6 7/8 or 7. Any help would be appreciated. If not new era fitted maybe something equivalent in style and fit?

Don't Lids locations let you custom-create using your own logo on a NE blank? They'd probably sell you the blanks if you don't want them to just do the embroidery, too.

It's a county job so they only release the logo out to a specific company they contract with. I'll have to call lids tomorrow and see what's up didn't know they had blanks. I think the closest one is about 30 minutes though

I think Newera.com, the fanatics family of stores, Amazon, fanz, culture kings, and of course ebay have them. Their all basic with grey or white UVs. I've hunted high and low for a blank black one with green UV to no avail.

Lids just changed their policy I was told, if you don't buy the hat from them, they will no longer embroider it. Not hard to find someone else to embroider (uniform stores are pretty laid back on what theyll do), but lids just rejected a hat I took there to put an old side patch on a worn out super old hat (before the embroidered patches hit, it was a sewn on heat pressed patch) lol for that very reason last week. And I've done it many times before that, had customs made etc. They know me in there by first name.

I'd ask you're job if you can send you're own hat to their embroidering/uniform guy and just buy a blank new era fitted. I'm sure they'll allow that, if you're paying for it. I had a job that way, the hats were so so trash...so I had a blank new era sent to the uniform company they did a soso job but for a work hat not bad. Beware I've seem some fakes on ebay...

Silly question BUT.. since sizing is all over the place.. when a hat in your normal size is too small do you just size up or abandon the whole task? I ask because I feel like this hat I just got in a is a tad too small but am worried sizing up will make it too large..One size up that big of a diff? yes I could go to the store but in this case, it wouldnt be the same hat, which i obviously have issues with the size.

thanks

Are you able to stick your thumb in the hat when you have it on? Bending the brim helps loosen it (but do it gradually starting from the sides). I also pull out all the tags and wear it at home to loosen it up.

Is it sold out can you exchange it? Are you able to size up? I just made the permanent jump 1 size... most of the time it fits just fine for other times stankeez fills that gap perfect.

Amazon also sells hat stretchers they don't stretch it much, but make a difference. They're like 20 bucks my roommate swears by them. I'd rather size up and stanky it.

Does anyone here own a 59Fifty nylon fitted? I came across this Yankees one on Packer’s site. I’m wondering if their recommendation for sizing is specifically for this hat, or if this tends to be how the material runs overall.

  • Due to the nature of the fabric, this hat runs small. We strongly suggest you purchase a size up from your normal fitted size - i.e. if you are normally a 7 3/8 we recommend ordering a 7 1/2
