Those aren't releases by New Era . They're "custom" hats done by Bespoke Cut & Sew. Basically you send them your hat (including snapbacks) and then you pick out what custom fabric visor you want them to replace it with.

Not my personal taste either but I get the reasoning behind it: the appeal of it is having a "one of a kind" hat since it's all customized. So to Bespoke doing their thang.

I ordered a bunch of hats from the MLB Shop sale and received them today. I opened the box and was immediately heated >: Each hat was in a clear bag and shoved inside of a box. Needless to say all of the hats are smashed. I'm so damn pissed >:

My question is there anyway for me to fix these hats besides sending them back??

think wearing them would do the trick or some steam.

dont see it as an issue but yes thats how they ship though

Steam them ... It's an easy fix

Hold them over a pot of boiling water and put it on your head after the steam sets in for a minute or two

FYI. Steam method seemed to work decent. Hats with slight creases came out fine. Ones with deeper creases came out just a bit. Thanks again for the suggestion

It's made by this company called FiberLok, who also made the Super Bowl patches this year.

Page 1 describes the Super Bowl patches and Page 2 specifically mentions this year's All Star Game at Citi Field.

but I'm wondering if he made a New era flagship like chicago re-order them or w/e

Oh. I've never posted in here before. I wasn't familiar with that team and I thought he had some customs made for real. I should have known though, cause New Era is real funny about making customs these days.

They have the flag on the side b/c they're Minor League On-Fields. Kinda opposite from what the MLB does but that's what it is...

not sure if anyone has any old/vintage hats that need bills or sweatbands replaced but i saw this dude is offering a repair service. expensive but it might be worth it to some of yall.
