Do you live in a city, with a garment district. That would be your best bet. A local clothing maker should be able to help you out.

Yea was thinking that, theres some spots here in the city that sell material, do you think they would be able to do it in there or would I have to buy the material and have it put on the hat somewhere else

Poly does suck 
If you want get the new era wool classic. They are semi accurate and the wool is decent plus grey brim and correct mlb logo on the back. I bought a few tigers in a smaller size and just stretch em out to fit perfect

Wish New Era would release some blank Goretex fitteds. Bought one from Supreme but it fits small. Thinking I should just stretch it out.

IDK if you're from New York, but we just wear the wool remake grey bottoms with the patches here, those curve nicely

most remakes are terrible and fit bad.
the new release from new era is nice and closest to actual wool hats.

well tech the ones i posted are remakes.
every remake ive seen, bought, or tried had gigantic crown, wide, and fit very very lose on the sides.
i bought a 7 3/8 of the wool classic and the sides were a little loose but these def look and feel better than the other remakes on all the other websites. logos on the back are flat and exact same as the original. the tigers is not accurate but the shape and look is exact.
i bought the 7 1/4 and with a little knee stretch, these honestly fit the exact same as the original wools.
